Epoxy Resins for LED GIN-COAT 5265, 5255 & 091 6AT
GIN-COAT 5265, 5255 are versatile, fast curing epoxy casting systems for discrete L E.D.devices. The compounds have low viscosity enough to cast LED. devices at room temperatureand become gel in a short time above 120C. The castings have excellent transparency,moisture resistance, thermal cycle performance and high mechanical strength.
GIN-COAT 0916AT is die bond adhesive for L ED lamp.
